Nos termos do Artigo 13º dos Estatutos, convoco a Assembleia Geral Ordinária da Associação para o Desenvolvimento da Engenharia Química para o dia 29 de Junho de 2020, Segunda-Feira, pelas 19h00, por vídeo conferência.
A Assembleia Geral terá a seguinte Ordem de Trabalhos:
- Informações;
- Apresentação, discussão e votação do Relatório de Atividades e Contas referentes ao exercício de 2019;
- Apresentação, discussão e votação do Plano de Atividades para 2020;
- Outros assuntos.
Nota: nos termos do nº5 do Artigo 13º dos Estatutos da PRODEQ, caso não exista quorum pelas 19h00, a Assembleia Geral terá início pelas 19h30 com os associados presentes a essa mesma hora.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Statutes, I hereby convene the Ordinary General Assembly of the Association for the Development of Chemical Engineering for June 29, 2020, Monday, at 19:00, via video conference.
The General Assembly will have the following Agenda:
- Information;
- Presentation, discussion, and voting on the Activity Report and Accounts for the 2019 fiscal year;
- Presentation, discussion, and voting on the Activity Plan for 2020;
- Other matters.
Note: In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 13 of the PRODEQ Statutes, should there be no quorum by 19:00, the General Assembly will begin at 19:30 with the members present at that time.
